Since we unfortunately did not celebrate Customer Service Week last year because we were all working remotely, the Knichel crew made up for the missed fun in a big way in 2021! This past week we celebrated customer service with tons of fun games, prizes and food! Customer Service Week has been a Knichel Logistics tradition for a very long time and is the Knichel way of saying "Thank you!" to all of the people who keep Knichel Logistics running smoothly and our customers happy.
This year's activities included in-office massages by The Little Spa in Kittanning, a massive prize auction, daily themed dress up days where each winner received a prize (Monday Mismatch, Tuesday Tie-Dye, Wednesday Superhero, and Thursday Favorite Sports), Caught in the ACT nominations (a chance for everyone to nominate co-workers who have gone above and beyond to get stuff done), a winner take all raffle, games including chair racing, plank racing, cornhole, Let's Make a Deal, Plinko, and of course, FOOD! Everyone in the office got to enjoy bagels, donuts, pizza, beer, catered lunch, Kona Ice, and tons of desserts!
